GAIL & BILL QUIGLEY have been married for over thirty years and have two grown children and two very spoiled "babies" who round out the family, Murphy and Ginger.

The Quigleys weren’t born in Texas—but, as the bumper sticker says—they got here as quickly as they could! Bill accepted a contract with IBM in 1990 and the Quigleys immediately fell in love with Austin, the surrounding hill country, and especially with the friendly people of central Texas!
Gail and Bill first became involved in the real estate field as investors. They have been buying, selling, leasing and successfully managing their own properties for over twenty-five years--and presently have properties in Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park. They became licensed as REALTORS® so they could help other buyers and sellers by sharing the knowledge and personal experience that they have gained!
GAIL QUIGLEY, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) has always enjoyed helping people. Before becoming a REALTOR® , Gail worked in the medical research field, hoping to help patients with diseases such as cancer, diabetes and HIV. It was here that she learned to be detail-oriented—a trait that she uses to keep track of the many details in each real estate transaction.
Gail is also a Registered Nurse and has worked with families and infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. David’s Hospital. As a FULL TIME REALTOR® , she no longer works as a nurse, but retains her license in order to volunteer at Royal Family Kids’ Camp—a camp for children who have been removed from their biological homes and placed into foster care. She has two degrees:
A BS in Biology from Montclair State College (Summa Cum Laude), and
An AAS in Nursing from Bergen College (with Honors).
Her real estate education was acquired at the Austin Institute of Real Estate, the J. B. Goodwin Company, Realty World-John Horton & Associates—and through her years of personal experience as an investor.
BILL QUIGLEY, e-PRO, SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist -- only ONE in a 100 Realtors®have this designation! ) earned his BS in Electrical Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has worked in the electronic design engineering field for many years. He is the technical guru who keeps the Quigley Team up to date on the latest computer and web topics.
Bill has consulted with various local high-tech companies over the years. His engineering expertise lies in the fields of analog, digital, computers, video, RF, lasers and power supplies -- and has several patents. His many contacts in the engineering field refer relocating high-tech employees to the Quigley Team for help in finding homes in the Austin area.
His many years of property management experience make him a great source of information on home repair issues for both sellers and buyers.
Bill and Gail are REALTORS® (Not all agents are Realtors® --A Realtor® is a licensed real estate agent who has pledged to uphold the Realtor® Code of Ethics.) The Quigley Team holds affiliations with:
